Special Realtor Packages can be found on any package with the word "Realtor" in the package name. This package offers Realtors a loarger quanitiy of listing privilages for only a few extra dollars. By offering a 20 listing capability over a typcal 1-5 listing package, The Realtor or Property Management company that has holding or listings greater than just 5 can increase thier marketing exposure by posting more than just one or a small segment of their holdings. :

Remember that print equals power on the Internet. So when posting your listings, be sure to add as much relevant copy as possible when creating your listing. It pays to plan. Sit down prior to creating your rental listing on MRLS and write out your advertising copy before loging into your account to creating your rental listing. This will enable you to have a better listing thus, get better responce to your listings. Too many folks blame poor responce on the medium, when in fact it was a poorly written listing that was the culprit. :
