How to List You Rental Property
Listing your rental property is a multifacited function. If you've never posted your rental online befire, than this may have a bit of a learning curve for you. Otherwise, if you have posted your rental property online at another site, then you should be pretty close to being up to par.  First, registering your name by filling out the new  registrant form and validating your registration by clicking the link in your email. This precausion is necessary and prevents computers from creating multiple accounts using software to clog down the system.   Second, Take digital pictures of your property (set your digital camera to the LOWEST setting for internet and faster load times) be sure to take extras so you have plenty to choose from, then delete the ones you don't want so you don't get them mixed up.   Third, write a complete and compelling ad copy (see Seaside Park Rental) that informs as it entices. Appealing to the sences within the delivery of vital information, answering all presumed questions a rentare would have. (note: you won't answer every question, so don't try) your traget is the middle 50% of readers, the top and bottom have too many abnormal needs to fulfill, unfortunetly you'll have to answer them one by one as they email you.  Fourth, now you're ready to go online and write your property description, upload your photos and click all of the check boxes that apply to convey your property amenities, features and attractions. Be sure to check only those that apply, no only is saying you have something that you don't considered a federal offence (lying in advertising) but it's just poor business standards.   Once you've completed writing your rental property advertisement, you can make it live and be on the air. All this could have taken you 15-20 minutes if you took your time at it. Now that your up and running, you can place your web address on your print ads.  Note: Your title becomes your web address - So kep it short, relative and comprehandable. The last thing you want a prospect doing is having to rethink your address, or worse misremember it and get it wrong to never see you again...  If you have any more questions, please visit our Q&A page.
